8 Mainstream: Last work period for ALIEN ISLAND. Your work is due FRIDAY at the start of class. Your memoirs will come back TOMORROW.

10's: Last work block for portfolio. Due in at the start of class Friday.

8 Incentive: Last full work period for notes. You'll have 30 minutes for finishing touches on Friday, then everything comes in. Your memoirs will come back TOMORROW.

HOW TO USE THIS SITE (PARENTS AND STUDENTS!)

This is so my students (and their parents!) can keep track of what has been assigned, as well as what has been done each day. It is easily accessed from home and school, and allows kids to double check deadlines and expectations whenever they need to.

YOU are responsible for checking this when you miss classes and for making sure that you keep up with assignments. "I didn't know!" is not an acceptable excuse. If it's here, you're responsible for it.

As well, since printers are often breaking, you may submit papers and smaller assignments to mkorber@sd38.bc.ca. If I receive it without problem, I'll send you a quick note back. If you don't get a note, please resend. Please follow guidelines as to how your submission should be labeled.

The format for submissions requires that your full name, your assignment title and whether you are using a MAC or PC program be both in the e-mail header, as well as the body of the work. It is REALLY important that if you're submitting on behalf of yourself and a partner, you include your partner's name as well.
