8's: We defined what a memoir is, what it's for and then defined some of the key style and structural elements. We then learned the terms for some poetic devices that help in the building of memoirs. You homework: Find examples of three different devices out in the wild. (Song lyrics, adds, a bit of a book, etc.) This will be due TUESDAY. Friday is EITHER a spare period for the I&S research project OR the field trip.
